Work and income prospects

You can subscribe to Margdarshak’s online platform with add-on features as per your requirements which enables you to work from anywhere with flexible times/days. You have 3 options to work as per your interest, knowledge and skills.

(a) Work independently: 100% income is yours.
Add your clients, provide services as per your expertise and get 100% of the fee paid by your clients.

(b) Compulsory work: Rs 44,180 per month fixed income.

You can get clients' data through the CRM and conduct a free psychometric assessment of 20 students in a month. Next, either build a team of 9 active Associates and keep them productive OR provide training leading to certification as a career professional (CCP) to 16 clients in a month.

(c) Optional work: Earn Rs 980 for counselling and Rs 2,495 for teaching

A. Counselling: You are required to do any or more of the counselling and earn Rs 980 per student.

A1. Career counselling : Provide authentic and impartial counselling following a standardised process of psychometric assessments of career aptitude, work attitude and innate ability, suggest best-fit career options and create career map and education-training pathways.

A2. Education counselling : Do counselling for scholarships abroad. Also, you can offer admission solutions and student database services to private institutes.

A3. Study counselling : Guide students to the benefits of study organiser tools, online coaching, and one-to-one homework help/tuition.

A4. Skills counselling : Connect with students/jobseekers, explain “in-demand employability skills” and counsel them to enrol for training and certification programmes.

A5. Work counselling : Organise Google Meet presentations related to “Get ready for the world of work” and hire the best talents as per requirements in the CRM.

B. Teaching & Training: You earn Rs 2,495 per student.

B1. Teach online : You can provide online training related to academic/competitive exams or employability skills as per your expertise.

B2. Knowledge royalty : Prepare study content for lifetime income through a knowledge royalty of Rs 216 per sale of your content. We expect 200 monthly sales depending on the quality of the content. This will ensure a lifelong income of Rs 43,200 per month till you keep your content updated.

C1. Team mentoring : Keep your business in auto-pilot mode for a stable, source of big income.

We provide you with data of interested clients. You have to build a team of 9 Associates and provide training and support to keep them productive.

You’ll share up to 70% of the total business of all the Associates in your team i.e., 10% of the business income through self-effort, and 5% of the team's business of your hierarchy as a Team Advisor, Team Leader, Team Mentor, Centre Head, and Margdarshak Director. Also, you get 5% for the client referral, and 5% for client and business onboarding.

Eligibility & prerequisites

Graduate/Master’s degree with training/knowledge/tools related to counselling. To start your work, you require a computer/mobile, internet, Google Workspace SMS/WhatsApp APIs and web telephony at your end, which you can procure from any service provider or vendor in our panel.

Reimbursement of the bill: After subscribing to the unified communication system (UCS) you have to share the bill for reimbursement, which will be remitted with your next month's income if you have completed the compulsory work.

CCP training: is optional if you have professional counselling knowledge/tools. But to provide training leading to Certification as a Career Professional (CCP), you must be trained and certified by the NICE.

Is it possible to work without training?

Getting training is optional and your choice. You can work if you have professional knowledge and tools related to counselling. You require training if you want to train people leading to certification as a counsellor. Training is required to work in a school/college as a counsellor.

Is this training as a Career Professional useful for other jobs?

Trained and Certified Counselling Professionals will be able to work as Career Advisor in training services, Career development managers in MNCs & corporations, Careers Counsellor in Schools/ Colleges/ Institutes, Training and Placement Officers in Universities and Higher Learning Centres, Career Coaches and Mentor in private practice, Career Consultant in Human Resource Departments, etc. There is a very good demand for certified counsellors in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and other European countries. After certification, our consultants will assist you in finding job opportunities abroad in a legit way.

What is web telephony?

To work online and communicate with clients, you must have web telephony integrated. The simple reason is to stop the misuse of personal details of the students who are in the very sensitive age group, their mobile and email are masked. Web telephony helps you to connect with clients without disclosing each other’s contact details and record the conversation. Web telephony is a third-party tool which you can procure from any service provider or vendor in our panel.

Can I do it along with my current work?

Yes, you can work part-time from anywhere at your convenience to provide counselling/training and manage your team without disturbing your current profession.

Is it a Network or MLM business?

No. This is not a left-right, binary, matrix or other chain system or pyramid business plan. You have the option to either work in a team or practice independently as a counsellor.

Can I have a regular income if I am working from home?

Yes, you'll get a fixed income, even if you are working part-time from home based on your team’s resourcefulness.

When will I receive my payment?

You can view your real-time earnings on the Income dashboard. Also, you receive instant SMS + email notifications. Your payment will be transferred to your bank account between the 10th to 15th day of every month.
